Weeks Crushers Hockey School
Dear Hockey School Participants,
My name is Troy Ryan and I am the Head Coach and General Manager for the Weeks Crushers Junior “A” Hockey Club of the Maritime Junior “A” Hockey League. I will also be the Director of the Crushers Hockey School.
First of all I would like to thank you for registering for our Hockey School. I’m sure you will find that the week of August 18th - August 22nd will be one of your most enjoyable of the summer.
Troy Ryan - Coach of the Year!
The Weeks Hockey Organization is very pleased to announce our Head Coach and General Manager of the Weeks Junior A Crushers, Troy Ryan was named the winner of Hockey Nova Scotia Coach of the year award at their banquet on May 31st. Ryan guided the Crushers to win the Fred Page Cup in April, the first team to accomplish the feat since its predecessor the 2002 Halifax Olands Exports. President Wade Taylor states “this is a very prestigious award for Troy and it is very well deserved given the successful season in winning the Fred Page Cup and as well to have a very strong showing at the National Championship. The exposure of our program and players at the National Stage is a tremendous boost for our franchise and the Maritime Junior A Hockey League.”

Billet Families Needed
The Weeks Junior A Crushers are seeking billet families to house some of our players for the upcoming hockey season. This promises to be an exciting season, following our Fred Page Cup victory last season.
